This infographic shows the role of the arrector pili muscle in the mechanics of hair movement. As the muscle contracts, it pulls on the base of the follicle, causing the hair to stand upright and the surrounding skin to bunch.
This collection of medical legal boards show multiple disc herniations along the spine for ONE patient (victim?). This was a fun project because I had the opportunity to learn about "Schmorl nodes"!
